Featuring the golden swirls and ornate geometric patterns for which Klimt is known, our pen features a detail from a watercolor study for a majestic mosaic frieze for the dining room of the Palais Stoclet, completed in 1911.

Sketches for the Frieze for the Palais Stoclet in Brussels, Belguim by Gustav Klimt (Austrian, 1862-1918).  Watercolor and pencil, 1905-1909.  Museum für angewandte Kunst, Vienna, Austria.

The highlight of the pen is the smooth twist-action ballpoint system, activated by turning the tip cone. The Metropolitan Museum of Art logo appears on the cap top. Brass base metal body with gold plate accents.

Handsomely packaged in a color coordinated paperboard gift box. Uses the smooth writing Parker type ballpoint refills. One refill is included, installed in the pen. Limited 1 Year Warranty.
