Other than looks, the best part of the modern Esterbrook

I love that I can use the modern Esterbrook with old, interchangeable Esterbrook nibs. I'm using a 9314 fine stub. While old Esties are pretty and a great example of efficient manufacturing, I don't trust lever-filling pens on a plane. I travel a lot, so this section in modern Esterbrook gives me the best of both worlds.
