Cleo Skribent Linea.Arte 2002-2008, 2018-2021

According to Cleo Skribent's write ups on the Linea.Arte, it is based on a 1930s Art Deco design by the Fend Company of Pforzheim, Germany, known as the country’s “Gold City” (Goldstadt). The line included a fountain pen, ballpoint pen, and mechanical pencil, each made of .925 sterling silver with a barleycorn guilloché (engine-turned) pattern on the cap and barrel. It first appeared on the Cleo Skribent website on September 26, 2002. From the outset it was presented as an elegant 925 sterling silver set, calling it a collector’s item for lovers of fine writing instruments. It was the most expensive Cleo Skribent model.
